This program offers gluten-free food options for clients who suffer from celiac disease or exhibit degrees of sensitivity to gluten, which is a mixture of proteins found in wheat, barley, rye and oats. Our menus offer tasty meal options that are rich in lean protein, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, beans, peas, lentil and so much more.
Recipes are crafted in this program for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients to help them manage blood sugar (glucose), lose weight and control risk factors for heart disease, such as high blood pressure. Our menus offer an exciting variety of healthy carbohydrates, fiber-rich foods, heart-healthy fish and good fats.
The dairy-free program includes both low lactose and lactose-free options, and your plan can be adjusted to your specific needs – whether you are lactose intolerant or have a true allergy to diary products. Our menus provide all the necessary nutrients you need from a dairy-free diet, such as calcium, Vitamin D and proteins.

The kid’s protocol slows the weight gain by allowing the child to grow into the weight. We take into account that they are undergoing growth spurts, and our meals are specially formulated to make sure the youngsters don’t feel they are missing out on their favorite ‘tastes’ even while they are eating to manage weight and promote health.
